ARTIST-RUTH HARDMAN

Ruth was born in Hertfordshire in 1966 and at the early age of 9 was an avid painter using just scrap`s of hardboard as canvases and being highly encouraged by her father,Mike Togwell, who could see the talent in his daughters work. At the age of 20 she moved to the artist`s paradise in Cornwall where she still resides. She has sold her paintings worldwide and has had her work exhibited in the National Portrait Gallery, London and is a member of the NSA.
Ruth can spend hours and sometimes days on getting the details just right, some of her paintings have taken in excess of 120 hours to do.
This website has only been built recently so I am afraid there isn`t a lot of information as yet but we will continue to update Ruth's site in the next few months.
